ORDERING INFORMATION
Payment Options
Payments are placed through Paypal or Stripe and can be made using all major credit or debit cards. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, please place your order by email.
Packaging
All art jewellery pieces are beautifully packed in a bespoke 'Zara Schofield' jewellery box, hand made by a local bookbinders.
Delivery and Shipping Information
UK shipments are free and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a trackable, insured next day service and will require a signature. Please make a note when ordering if you want to receive it on a particular day.
International shipments are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For or Parcelforce Worldwide. This has a flat fee of £15. Shipping is only charged on the first item you order. For additional items the shipping will be free. A signature will also be required on delivery.
Please note: All contact information and postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee correct delivery. Please make a note if it is a present and I will send the invoice separately.
Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. I have no control over these charges.
Order and Delivery Times
One-of-a-kind pieces will be shipped within two working days. Made-to-order pieces can take up to ten working days before shipping. UK deliveries are shipped for next day delivery. International shipping will take longer depending on the country of delivery. Usual time is approximately ten working days.
If you require an item for a specific date, please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met.
I will do my best to make sure deadlines are met. If you have not received your goods within the specified time, please contact me and I will check on the progress of your order.
Returns Policy
All my pieces are carefully handmade and packed, so I hope you are completely happy with your item when it arrives. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I will be happy to adjust or exchange your item.
If this is the case, please contact me and return your item within 14 days of receipt. An exchange can only be made if the item is returned unworn in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges are offered at my sole discretion. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For hygiene reasons I am unfortunately not able to offer exchanges on earrings.
All buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance. It is recommended that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery service to insure it against any loss or damage. The postage will only be refunded if there has been any error on my part.
Privacy Policy
Your security is of great importance to me and your information will never be passed to any third party. Financial information is used only to charge you for the items you are purchasing. Payments are made using the secure transaction services of Paypal and Stripe. These services are completely independent of me and your credit card details are not divulged to me at any time.

Due to the nature of different screen resolutions, I am unable to guarantee that the product images are an exact representation of the actual items. Colours may be slightly different. Images are not to scale, so please make sure you fully read the descriptions and refer to the dimensions given for each piece.
